As soon as a guest purchases a ticket on your website, your Who's Coming will automatically update. This saves you time entering names on the Guest List and guarantees you will have an up-to date list when you send out reminders and updates to your guests.

Guests Remain on Your Site

Guests remain on your website when they purchase a ticket. Guests do not have to become a member of the site nor do they have to sign up for newsletters or other marketing-related information.

Choose How You Get Paid

We pay you immediately upon request by direct deposit, check or wire transfer (the latter 2 save you a trip to the bank). Funds are paid in US dollars or Canadian dollars only. You choose how you would like to be paid:

Direct Deposit/ACH Transfer
It can take 5 to 7 business days for the funds to be transferred from the time of your request. The cost to do a direct deposit (ACH transfer) to the bank account of your choice is $2.50.

Check
It can take up to 10 business days to receive payment from the time of your request. The cost to send you a paper check is $2.50.

Wire Transfer
It takes 2 business days to transfer the funds. The cost is $30 to wire transfer payment from your Myevent.com account to your bank account.

Affordable Fees

We charge an 8% credit card processing fee and a $0.99 transaction fee. The fees cover:

Administrative costs.
Processing your donations securely.
Providing exceptional support for you, the administrator and your website visitors,
should they require it.

Example:

If the cost of your ticket is $50, 8% will be automatically added to that price for a total of $54. If a guest is buying 2 tickets the total amount will be $108.35 ($54 + $54 +.35).

You can view real-time reports of tickets purchased and amounts owed to you. The list of tickets purchased can be downloaded in an Excel spreadsheet, and brought to the high school reunion.

5. Refund Policy

A refund can be issued if the funds are still in your account (minus the fees associated with the transaction). Myevent.com cannot issue refunds if the funds have already been paid out to you from the account.

How it Works

Purchase A Reunion Website

After you purchase a Myevent.com website, you will be assigned an account representative who will run your information through our verification process and let you know if you have been approved. The approval process can take up to 2 business days. All your information is kept totally confidential.

Activate "Buy Tickets" Page

Once you have been approved, your "Buy Tickets Page" will be turned on and you will be able to easily and quickly create tickets for events that will be sold on your high school reunion website. It is also very easy to view who has purchased tickets and how much money is owed to you.

Get Paid

When you set up your "Buy Tickets" page, you select the amount you would like Myevent.com to pay out to you. Once that amount is reached, Myevent.com will automatically make a payment to you in the method you have chosen. You can be paid out as often and for as little as you choose.

You will be able to view how much money you have collected in your control panel in real-time. If you need to receive a payment prior to reaching the level you had selected for payouts you can click the PAY ME NOW button in your control panel.

You can integrate other payment solutions like PayPal or Google Checkout

We do support PayPal or Google Checkout so if you want to use those payment processors your can.. However we guarantee that it will not be as easy for you, or your classmates. Read these points to find out why our ticketing system is best for your school reunion.
